1930’s era building renovated to save part of Montgomery’s history. With 85,000 SF, this area now houses the administration staff including Montgomery County Commission, Probate Judge, Revenue, Purchasing and Finance Departments and the County’s archives. Renovations also included a 3-level public parking deck and a three level nine sectioned 3-ply modified bitumen roof membrane system re-roof.
